These are a great alternative to fatty chicken wings that we like very much. I made bigger balls and just baked them longer. The cornflakes made them crunchy on the outside. They tasted great with choices of Blue cheese or Ranch dressing, or ketchup. Yum!

This recipe packs a lot into a bite. The heat of the hot sauce, the creamy cheese and the crunch of the coating are an explosion of flavor. Made exactly as written and we love it! Thanks, Denise!
