Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in small bowl and blend well.
Step 2
Gently spread mixture about 1/4 inch thick on tomatoes.
Step 3
Broil 4 inches from heat source until lightly browned, about 2 ts o 3 minutes.
Step 4
Serve immediately.
