Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a medium bowl, gently mix the salsa ingredients; set aside.

Step 2

Preheat broiler to medium-high heat (450°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush with 1 tablespoon of oil.

Step 3

Place fillets on a baking sheet. Brush with remaining oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Cook fillets 6 to 8 minutes, 4 to 5 inches from broiler, until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

Step 5

To serve, place fillets on plates and spoon salsa over each. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Great fish dish and easy too. I used dried basil but followed the directions for everything else. Served with potatoes for a very easy dinner. Thanks for sharing!

Quite good! A deliciously clean meal and loved the Mediterranean salsa. Used orange roughy instead of tilapia due to what I had on hand. Also, used seasoned salt on the fish and added a bit of salt to the salsa. We loved it. Thank you, Teresa, for sharing. Made it for For Your Consideration Tag game.
