Step 2: Preheat broiler to medium-high heat (450°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Step 3: Place fillets on a baking sheet. Brush with remaining oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Cook fillets 6 to 8 minutes, 4 to 5 inches from broiler, until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Step 5: To serve, place fillets on plates and spoon salsa over each. Serve warm or at room temperature.
