Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl combine broccoli, bacon, onion and raisins. Set aside.

Step 2

For the dressing; in a bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, garlic and salt, stir until sugar is totally absorbed, then pour over broccoli and bacon mixture. Season with pepper.

Step 3

Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Step 4

Sprinkle sunflower seeds over top just before serving.

This is a delicious cold salad and it will be very well received by my family and friends. I just got done making it and it is so delicious that I find myself taking spoonfuls of it out of the fridge, just for another taste!
