"This is a vegetable casserole that was very popular about 25 years ago and could be found on just about every potluck table I went to. So I thought it was time to rebirth this inexpensive and tasty dish. Freezes well too. Hope you enjoy it."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt the margarine or butter and place in a medium mixing bowl.
Step 2
Stir in the rest of the ingredients in order until well mixed
Step 3
Grease a 1-1/2 quart casserole or baking dish and turn the broccoli/cheese mixture into the greased dish.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
Step 5
NOTE: If freezing this dish, Place in freezer after turning into baking dish, cover and freeze for up to 1 month. Can be thawed to room temperature and baked as directed above.
