"Going to to making this soon for Sunday brunch with the family, sure looks good, I'm thinking I may also add in some thin sliced slightly steamed cooked potatoes. Cooking and prep time does not include pre-cooking the eggs, sausage, bacon and noodles, once those are all cooked this would take very little time to put together especially if you cook everything a day ahead, something I love doing. Also I would use more than 3 cups of cheese"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven for 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Butter a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Step 3
Arrange 3 noodles lengthwise over bottom of the dish. Layer half of the eggs, half of the sausage, one cup of each cheese mixture, half of the spinach; repeat.
Step 4
Top off with layer of noodles and bacon. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese; make sure to cover the noodles completely.
Step 5
Bake for 20-22 mins or until longer (if you pre-cooked everything warm in microwave so that baking time will be shorter).
