Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 box (16 ounce) dry lasagna noodles (cooked, I only use Barilla pasta)
  • 12 large eggs (scrambled)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound pork breakfast sausage (12 links, cooked and cut in half)
  • 1/2 pound bacon strips (cooked)
  • 1 package (6 ounce) baby spinach (fresh, not cooked)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven for 400 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Butter a 13x9-inch baking dish.

  • Step 3: Arrange 3 noodles lengthwise over bottom of the dish. Layer half of the eggs, half of the sausage, one cup of each cheese mixture, half of the spinach; repeat.

  • Step 4: Top off with layer of noodles and bacon. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese; make sure to cover the noodles completely.

  • Step 5: Bake for 20-22 mins or until longer (if you pre-cooked everything warm in microwave so that baking time will be shorter).
