Step 1

Preheat oven to 275 degree

Step 2

Sauté bacon, chipped beef and mushrooms in butter

Step 3

Add flour and milk. Cook until thickened. Put aside.

Scramble the eggs, evaporated milk and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

After cooked, alternate layers of eggs and meat mixture in a 9-by-13 baking dish.

Step 6

Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour.
