I don't usually like breakfast burritos since they are usually too much of this or that and it ruins the eggs for me. But Bill wanted to try this one and I am glad he did because it is wonderfully simple- gets the spice and the flavor without overdoing it. We both loved it and now I can eat breakfast burritos again!

Engrossed

Very Tasty! I love breakfast burritos but never think to make them at home. I made a half recipe using a couple of slices of pickled jalapenos minced and cheddar/jack cheese. Cooking the eggs with the jalapeno really gave them a great flavor. These didn't even need any meat to be satisfying. Thanks so much for this recipe...it will become a regular in our house. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.

Bergy

Easy recipe that is very satisfying. I added a half Bruschetta burger pattie that had Provolone cheese on it so I didn't add any additional cheese. Lovely Sunday Brunch thanks Derf
