"Tried these for breakfast this morning , YUM !! very good and very quick, if you want them for a carry away breaky, put the cheese and salsa inside before you roll them up. We loved them!"
Combine the eggs with the milk and jalepeno, whisk well. Melt butter in a small frypan; add the egg mixture, scramble over medium heat until lightly set.
Spoon half of the filling down the centre of each tortilla, top with salsa and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and enjoy !!

I don't usually like breakfast burritos since they are usually too much of this or that and it ruins the eggs for me. But Bill wanted to try this one and I am glad he did because it is wonderfully simple- gets the spice and the flavor without overdoing it. We both loved it and now I can eat breakfast burritos again!
Very Tasty! I love breakfast burritos but never think to make them at home. I made a half recipe using a couple of slices of pickled jalapenos minced and cheddar/jack cheese. Cooking the eggs with the jalapeno really gave them a great flavor. These didn't even need any meat to be satisfying. Thanks so much for this recipe...it will become a regular in our house. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
Easy recipe that is very satisfying. I added a half Bruschetta burger pattie that had Provolone cheese on it so I didn't add any additional cheese. Lovely Sunday Brunch thanks Derf
