  • Dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 (9 inch) tortillas, warmed
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons cheese or your choice, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the eggs with the milk and jalepeno, whisk well. Melt butter in a small frypan; add the egg mixture, scramble over medium heat until lightly set.

  • Step 2: Spoon half of the filling down the centre of each tortilla, top with salsa and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and enjoy !!
