Preheat oven to 350°F
Slice the rolls in half lengthwise.
Place the bottom half on a 9×13 baking tray.
Spread the scrambled eggs evenly on each rolls, followed by the ham, bacon, and spinach, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Place the remaining half of the rolls on top.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle the pepper on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
