  • 12 (336 grams) King's Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 10 to 12 large eggs (cooked, scrambled)
  • 6 slices (6 ounces) ham (sliced in half)
  • 6 to 8 ounces white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 pound sliced bacon (cooked, then break the strips in half or crumble)
  • 3 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • Melted butter
  • Ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F

  • Step 2: Slice the rolls in half lengthwise.

  • Step 3: Place the bottom half on a 9×13 baking tray.

  • Step 4: Spread the scrambled eggs evenly on each rolls, followed by the ham, bacon, and spinach, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

  • Step 5: Place the remaining half of the rolls on top.

  • Step 6: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle the pepper on top.

  • Step 7: Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Step 8: Slice, then serve!
