This is one of the best brat's with kraut that we've ever had...I think it was the apple juice...I normally add in chopped apple like my MIL did...the juice gave it a more intense apple flavor...which we enjoyed...I fried the bratwurst before adding to the rest of the ingredients...this is going on my best of 2023 list...made for "WOTM" tag game...
