"This is a recipe using boneless country pork ribs ( pork shoulder ). The cajun spice mix used is Kittencals #recipe249. I use more garlic than this calls for ( an additional 4 cloves, we love garlic ). We use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. This is fall off the no-bone good!"

This recipe was made for our dinner on 7/25. Except for cutting the amount of ribs down to 3 lbs.and leaving the full amount of seasonings the same. Instead of using the seasoning that was listed in the ingredients,I used Cajun Spice Mix #recipe5279. Before the BBQ sauce was poured over the ribs, they were sprinkled with more of the seasoning. The bake time was " Spot On ". We both enjoyed the taste very much. Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling :) "
