Though I’ve never had this desert during my childhood, there was something reminiscent of yesteryear. The grape, blueberry and banana shine through. Added a couple more bananas to save them. This jello desert was especially enjoyed on the deck during a beautiful sunny day which helped cool us off without it being too heavy. I can also see that in place of the blueberry pie filling adding fresh blueberries and additional water to make more jello volume would work well too. Good for young and old. Thank you, WAIGEN, for sharing. Made it “For your Consideration” tag game.

I read over this recipe and thought to myself, "I wonder what this looks like?" And it's quite colorful! My kids were amazed by the look of it... said it looked like alien space rocks. It's easy to make and tastes like Nerd Ropes or some kind of candy like that. Very sweet, interesting texture, and totally eye catching. I wouldn't want to eat this every day! But I'm definitely making it again for a potluck or kid-friendly function. I made as directed.
