"I bought a bunch of blueberries when they were on sale and the berries were not up to par. So I made this jam . Its absolutely delicious. From The Ball Preserves Book. This makes 1 quart."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place blueberries and sugar in a large pot.
Step 2
Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often ( about 15 minutes)
Step 3
Once at a boil, stir almost constantly and cook until the jam begins to thicken ( about 15-30 minutes)
Step 4
Remove form the heat and pour into a quart mason jar - cool on counter- and store in the refrigerator.
