  • 5 cups blueberries, crushed
  • 3 cups granulated sugar (white)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place blueberries and sugar in a large pot.

  • Step 2: Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often ( about 15 minutes)

  • Step 3: Once at a boil, stir almost constantly and cook until the jam begins to thicken ( about 15-30 minutes)

  • Step 4: Remove form the heat and pour into a quart mason jar - cool on counter- and store in the refrigerator.
