Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200C.

Line an oven tray with baking paper and place the tomatoes onto the tray and lightly spray with oil and season with salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until softened.

Whisk buttermilk, sour cream, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and tabasco in a jug and drizzle dressing over salad and serve with garlic bread.
