Step by Step Method

Preheat the broiler to high with the oven rack 8 inches from the heat.

Combine the paprika, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Add cayenne if you like it hot. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the fillets.

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add the fillets to the pan once it is hot, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Combine the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, and ketchup in a bowl.

Arrange the rolls cut side up on a baking sheet and broil about 1 minute or until toasted.
Step 6
Spread mayonnaise mixture over the cut sides of the rolls. Top the bottom half with lettuce, tomato, fish fillets and the top halves of the roll. Enjoy!
