Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Grease 12 medium muffin cups.
Step 3
Mix baking mix, raisins, sour cream and milk
Step 4
Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Step 5
Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth - covered surface.
Step 6
Knead 10 times.
Step 7
Roll dough into rectangle, 12 x 10 inch. Spread rectangle with 2 tbsp soft butter.
Step 8
Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough.
Step 9
Roll up tightly, beginning at 12 inch side. Seal by pinching edge of dough into roll. Cut roll into 12 slices.
Step 10
Place slices, cut sides down in muffin cups.
Step 11
Brush melted butter over tops, sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Step 12
Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
