Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1⁄2 cup raisins
  • 1⁄2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1⁄4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Step 2: Grease 12 medium muffin cups.

  • Step 3: Mix baking mix, raisins, sour cream and milk

  • Step 4: Beat vigorously 20 strokes.

  • Step 5: Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth - covered surface.

  • Step 6: Knead 10 times.

  • Step 7: Roll dough into rectangle, 12 x 10 inch. Spread rectangle with 2 tbsp soft butter.

  • Step 8: Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough.

  • Step 9: Roll up tightly, beginning at 12 inch side. Seal by pinching edge of dough into roll. Cut roll into 12 slices.

  • Step 10: Place slices, cut sides down in muffin cups.

  • Step 11: Brush melted butter over tops, sprinkle with granulated sugar.

  • Step 12: Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
