Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Grease 12 medium muffin cups.
Step 3: Mix baking mix, raisins, sour cream and milk
Step 4: Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Step 5: Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth - covered surface.
Step 6: Knead 10 times.
Step 7: Roll dough into rectangle, 12 x 10 inch. Spread rectangle with 2 tbsp soft butter.
Step 8: Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough.
Step 9: Roll up tightly, beginning at 12 inch side. Seal by pinching edge of dough into roll. Cut roll into 12 slices.
Step 10: Place slices, cut sides down in muffin cups.
Step 11: Brush melted butter over tops, sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Step 12: Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
