Step by Step Method
Step 1
Prepare potatoes.
Step 2
Melt butter in large sauce pan. Add flour and blend. Gradually add milk and cook until thick.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Stir in potatoes.
Step 4
Pour into casserole dish, sprinkle heavily with paprika.
Step 5
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until top is browned.
Step 6
Can top with soft bread crumbs.
