Step 1

Preheat oven 350F. Lightly oil a 9 x 5 loaf pan.

Step 2

Mix together meat, onion, panko, eggs, 1/4 cup chili sauce, worchestershire, salt & montreal steak spice. Mix well, use your hands.

Step 3

Press mixture into the loaf pan.

Step 4

Mix remaining 1/4 cup chili sauce & brown sugar. Coat the top of the meat loaf.

Step 5

Bake for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours.

Step 6

Sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

Real comfort food! I usually sub ground turkey for beef but decided to be "bad" with this and make has written. Great meatloaf and looking forward to the sandwiches tomorrow. :)
