Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 pound lean ground pork
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Spice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or splenda)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven 350F. Lightly oil a 9 x 5 loaf pan.

  • Step 2: Mix together meat, onion, panko, eggs, 1/4 cup chili sauce, worchestershire, salt & montreal steak spice. Mix well, use your hands.

  • Step 3: Press mixture into the loaf pan.

  • Step 4: Mix remaining 1/4 cup chili sauce & brown sugar. Coat the top of the meat loaf.

  • Step 5: Bake for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours.

  • Step 6: Sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
