"This is a very easy and quick bread to make. I make it often to accompany stews and soups. The recipe calls for Budweiser, but I've used several different brands of beer."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients with the beer.

Step 2

Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Step 3

Pour melted butter over mixture.

Step 4

Bake for one hour in a 375 degree oven.

Step 5

Let cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool another 10 minutes before slicing.

Super easy to make! The bread has a nice buttery crunchy top with a moist and tender crumb. It had a slight beer taste adding a delicious flavor to the bread. This bread tastes great with chili……a perfect combination! Thanks for posting this recipe Bobbie!
