Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar (I usually use 4)
  • 1 (12 ounce) can Budweiser beer (other brands can be substituted)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix dry ingredients with the beer.

  • Step 2: Pour into a greased loaf pan.

  • Step 3: Pour melted butter over mixture.

  • Step 4: Bake for one hour in a 375 degree oven.

  • Step 5: Let cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool another 10 minutes before slicing.
