"This is a delicious but simple marinade I use quite often with steaks for grilling. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free beer."

Step 1

Worked great on some thick pork chops, doubled the recipe amounts and also added a dried chili pepper that I crushed up, thanks will use this recipe another time
