Another winner from the fabulous Teresa. Wow was this ever good. We loved the sirloin kebabs prepared this way, the meat was so tender and really flavorful, the vegetables were crisp and had a great texture. Quick and easy to prepare with excellent results. Thanks so much for sharing a new family favorite. Made for Went to Market tag game.

I love that this is both healthy and delicious, which is what I am looking for these days since my Bariatric surgery. They were full of flavor and went really well with the array of peppers and onions. I will make these often!! Thank you for another great recipe Teresa! Linda
