Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced.
Step 2
Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Step 3
Brush pita bread with oil and place on prepared tray and bake for 5 minutes or until crisp.
Step 4
Combine tomatoes and relish in a bowl.
Step 5
Top the pita bread with tomato mixture, cheese, sausage, capsicum and half the oregano and bake for 10 minutes or until sausages are golden brown and cooked.
Step 6
Serve pizzas sprinkled with red onion and remaining oregano.
