Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large skillet.
Step 2
Add pepper and cook, stirring, 1 minute.

Remove and set aside.
Step 4
Heat remaining oil in same pan.
Step 5
Add bean sprouts and cook, stirring, 1 minutes.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Return green pepper to pan and cook, stirring, 1 minute more.
Step 8
Serve hot or cold.
