Step 3: Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Heat remaining oil in same pan.
Step 5: Add bean sprouts and cook, stirring, 1 minutes.
Step 6: Add salt.
Step 7: Return green pepper to pan and cook, stirring, 1 minute more.
Step 8: Serve hot or cold.
