  • Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large skillet.

  • Step 5: Add bean sprouts and cook, stirring, 1 minutes.

  • Step 6: Add salt.

  • Step 7: Return green pepper to pan and cook, stirring, 1 minute more.
