Our halibut has just come into season so I was lucky to get fresh. I grilled it on my Griddler (indoors) I didn't add the soy and cut the sugar back. The fish was wonderful. This reipe willbe repeated and next time I will add the soy

Great fish dish. Although I used the frozen and thawed halibut, I think it would also be great with other fish. I used a grill pan but will be trying this on the outdoor grill next summer. Thanks for sharing!
