Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the reserved coriander and mayonnaise.
Step 2
Heat oil. Add potatoes and fry until crisp. Set it on a paper towel to drain the oil.
Step 3
Add Onions, Garlic, Red Pepper, jalapeno, Cumin and Cilantro and saute. Finally add Potatoes and Salt and Pepper; mix well. Add lime juice.
Step 4
Serve Immediately with sauce on side
