Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sift flour into a bowl.

Step 2

Whisk milk and eggs together in a jug and then add milk mixture to flour and whisk until well combined.

Step 3

Spray a medium, non stick pan with oil (I use a crepe pan) and heat over a medium heat.

Step 4

Pour 2 1/2 tablespoons of batter into a pan and swirl to cover base.

Step 5

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden and turn over and cook for 1 minute and then transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm and repeat with remaining batter

Excellent crepe recipe! The consistency was spot on and tasted great. I let the batter sit for a while before cooking as I normally do. Filled each crepe with a pear filling that I had made and served it as part of breakfast for dinner. Thank you, I’mPat, for sharing. Made it for Only the Lonely tag game.
