Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (plain flour)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • Olive oil cooking spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sift flour into a bowl.

  • Step 2: Whisk milk and eggs together in a jug and then add milk mixture to flour and whisk until well combined.

  • Step 3: Spray a medium, non stick pan with oil (I use a crepe pan) and heat over a medium heat.

  • Step 4: Pour 2 1/2 tablespoons of batter into a pan and swirl to cover base.

  • Step 5: Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden and turn over and cook for 1 minute and then transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm and repeat with remaining batter
