Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook barley in salted water for 10 to 12 minutes for quick type, 50 minutes for regular type.
Step 2
Drain and rinse in cold water.

Combine broccoli, raisins, onion, cooked crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds with the cooked barley.
Step 4
Mix in dressing.

Refrigerate overnight.
