Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt before setting aside.
Step 3
Mix butter and sugar in a large bowl, then add banana, pudding mix and eggs. Mix together until everything is smooth.
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients and mix together, then add the white chocolate chips and mix.
Step 5
Place rounded tablespoonfuls onto the cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until slightly golden. Let them cool for several minutes on the cookie sheet before placing on a cooling rack.
