"This is a delicious dressing that goes great on any kind of salad, but I love it with Greens Mix or spinach, strawberry or pear slices, blueberries, grape halves, Goat cheese or Feta cheese, and onions with glazed nuts, either walnuts or pecans. I always chill the dressing before using it, and be sure to shake it well before pouring it over your salad! Yield 1 cup"

This is a great dressing for my salads! I used spinach leaves, strawberries, and feta cheese. Glad I have more in the fridge!

What a nice tasting dressing. We had it a few times over regular garden salad. I particularly like it with arugula, as the combination of flavors blends very well. Thank you Linda for sharing.

The gang was here and we had a huge salad. I made double the amount to have plenty. It's a good thing I did because we used almost all of it! We really love this one Linny!

We love homemade dressings, seems I choose another winner to add to my collection! This one is so on for my summer weekends. Printed an extra copy to add to my salad file.
