This is a really easy and wonderful recipe using mushroom's. I bought some mushrooms very cheap at the supermarket and so pleased I found this recipe to use them in. Except for the fact that I had sliced mushroom's, everything else was as per the recipe, and what a fantastic recipe this is. The balsamic enhances the flavor of the mushroom's and the sugar gives a subtle sweetness, which makes for some really delicious mushroom's. These mushroom's made for the perfect side dish to DH's chicken and a wonderful side to noodles for the 2 vegetarians in the family. I will be making this recipe again for sure!

These mushrooms are so delicious! I have made them twice now. We had them with steak and then on burgers. Used crimini mushrooms that I buy in bulk and clean/slice/freeze them. When cooking them, I increased the heat to evaporate any moisture then proceeded with the recipe. Rave reviews from DH! Thank you Gerry for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
