Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put last 6 ingredients in a bowl and whisk till well blended. Place pork chops in a 1 gallon zip lock bag and pour marinade over them. Seal bag, pressing out excess air. Shake to coat all the pork chops. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator about 45 minutes before grilling to take the chill off them.
Step 2
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Shake excess marinade off pork chops and place on grill. Grill 5-6 minutes on each side. If they are government inspected pork chops, the can be consumed while still slightly pink inside. Do not overcook, as they will dry out.
