Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
Step 2
Place the lightly beaten egg whites into a pie pan. In a second pie pan, place flour, cornmeal, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and pepper.
Step 3
Coat zucchini in egg white, then dredge in seasoned flour cornmeal mixture. Place on baking sheet
Step 4
Bake for about 20 minutes, until crispy, turning halfway through cooking.
