"This is always a huge hit at my get togethers and everyone always asks for the recipe! This takes only minutes to make and you may adjust the garlic amount as you wish, I would start with one clove for a milder garlic flavor or use garlic powder in place of fresh garlic, also if you make this a day or two in advance and refrigerate before you bake it then the garlic flavor will get stronger, amounts may easily be doubled but watch your garlic amount or it will be to over-powering!."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Grease a glass deep-dish 9-inch pie plate.
Step 3
In a bowl combine all ingredients together together; mix well to combine.
Step 4
Adjust hot sauce and garlic to taste.
Step 5
Transfer to pie plate (now if you like, you can refrigerate until ready to bake).
Step 6
Bake for about 22-25 minutes or until browned on top.
Step 7
Sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese, then return to oven for another 4-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Step 8
Serve hot or warm with assorted crackers.
