Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, mayonnaise and Worcestershire. Stir in bacon, spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; season to taste.
Step 4
Spread bacon mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheeses.
Step 5
Place into oven and bake until bubbly and golden, about 20-25 minutes.
