Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Pour melted butter into 9x13 casserole

Step 3

In blender combine eggs milk dash salt dash pepper

Step 4

Blend for 2 minutes

Step 5

Add cheese

Step 6

Blend a minute more

Step 7

Pour into casserole ,spray with Pam cheese sticks a touch

Step 8

And bake 30 minutes stirring 2 times dont overbake eggs cook to your doneness,mine didn't take this long

Fun way to try eggs. I halved the recipe and baked them in a 1-quart casserole dish. I think it was really important to blend them first......they got frothy and I think that made the eggs lighter and fluffier. I cooked mine for about 20 minutes and that was a little too long. I checked them at 10 minutes and they were just starting to firm up a bit. Next time I'll start checking them at about 15 minutes. Thanks for sharing, Dee.
