"My go-to recipe, I have tried many others that were also great but I most always end up making this for the holidays because it's easy and has great flavor. For this I use a 14 ounce package Pepperidge Farms Cubed Herb Seasoned Stuffing and a 1-pound Bob Evans sausage roll"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble sausage. Add minced garlic, onion, celery and black pepper. Cook, stirring until sausage is browned.
Step 2
In a large bowl, place cubed stuffing. Mix in the cooked sausage mixture. Sprinkle the top with poultry seasoning.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350F. Butter a 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
Step 4
In a bowl combine room temperature broth with melted butter and garlic powder. Drizzle evenly over the top. Using your hands gently toss to combine.
Step 5
Baking dish. cover with foil.
Step 6
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. NOTE: if you like a more crispy top then uncover the last 10 minutes to allow the top to crisp up.
