Just like my grandma made. Grandpa loved it and anytime she made rice for dinner, she made extra to use in rice pudding. To me this is comfort food. I don’t like the stove top type of rice puddings, but love the custard based ones like this. I left out the raisins (don’t care for them) and added 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg along with the cinnamon.
