Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet or a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, herb seasoning, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3

Dip chicken pieces into into melted butter allow any excess to drip off, then coat into the potato flake mixture. Place in prepared pan.

Step 4

Bake for 45 mins or until chicken is cooked completely golden brown.
