Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2/3 cup dry potato flakes
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper (or more to your liking)
  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless chicken thighs (6 thighs or boneless skinless chicken breast)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted (or more as you need it)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet or a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, herb seasoning, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

  • Step 3: Dip chicken pieces into into melted butter allow any excess to drip off, then coat into the potato flake mixture. Place in prepared pan.

  • Step 4: Bake for 45 mins or until chicken is cooked completely golden brown.
